There are actually a few definitions.
Human Trafficking is:
Exploiting a person through the use of force, fraud, or coercion.
Anyone under the age of 18 is involved in commercial sex acts (sex for money).
Sex Trafficking, Forced Labor, or Domestic Servitude.

Victims of trafficking can be any age, race, gender, or nationality.

We like to think that something as scary as Human Trafficking is happening far away in big cities or even outside of the country. The reality is it happens in the United States, in your state, and probably in your community, every day.
